Due to the missing product carbon footprint methodology for poultry, GALLEHR+PARTNER has developed for Wiesenhof an international accepted methodology for carbon footprinting of poultry food*). This methodology has been successfully verified by Deloitte Cert . Furthermore the correctness of the specific Wiesenhof chicken product carbon footprint for 2008 will be verified by TÜV Süd.
